Those parties are independent businesses and not our agents unless we expressly state otherwise in a separate signed writing.
Phone Calls and Emails
By submitting a form on our website, you consent to receive calls (including calls made using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded voice, or artificial voice), emails, and mail from EvenPath LLC, the EvenPath Protected Parties, and third-party real estate professionals, investors, agents, wholesalers, and service providers at the phone number and email address you provided, regarding your property inquiry. This consent applies even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may revoke consent at any time by calling (520) 261-1339 or emailing admin@evenpathhomes.com. Consent to receive SMS text messages is optional and collected separately.
SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
If you choose to receive text messages, we may use your mobile number, your SMS consent selections, opt-in and opt-out records, and your text message history to send the categories of text messages you selected.
- Required A2P clause: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- What that means: your SMS opt-in data, consent records, opt-out status, and text message history are not sold, are not shared with real estate partners, and are not disclosed to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
- Support services: We may share SMS-related data only with service providers that help us operate the messaging program, such as messaging platforms, customer service providers, or technical vendors acting on our behalf.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry status.

- Supported carriers: Major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. You will receive a confirmation text and no further messages unless you re-subscribe.

This SMS privacy section applies only to text messaging data. It does not limit our separate ability to share general real estate lead information such as your name, email, property address, or phone number for calling, as described in the "How We Share Your Information" section above.

The agent must provide written authorization signed by you and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us before processing the request.
